What to expect,
week by week.
No mystery, no pressure. This is how an engagement actually unfolds once you decide to move forward.
First conversation
We explain what we found, show you where the funds are recorded, and answer every question. Nothing is signed on a first call, and we encourage you to verify independently before deciding anything.
The agreement
You receive a plain-language written agreement stating exactly what we do and what our fee is. Take your time with it. It only takes effect when you sign.
Documents and filing
We prepare the claim paperwork and coordinate notarization — usually one signing session. Then we file with the county and handle every follow-up request they send.
Waiting on the county
This is the longest stretch, typically weeks to a few months depending on the county’s process. We check in with the county, and we update you whenever there is movement — you will never wonder where things stand.
Payment
When the county releases the funds, you are paid your share as the agreement states. Our fee comes out of the recovery — never out of your pocket.
